Senior Session with Leesa

A friend from where I use to work had asked me this past winter if I would shoot some pictures of her daughter, Leesa, who will be graduating this spring from high school. It has been a 'little bit' of a wait on the weather! Finally we had a beautiful week. We scheduled it for Wednsday and I began to get all excited to be going out with my new CANON EOS 5D I had just purchased over the weekend! It was a windy afternoon with wind  and gusts between 20-30. We gave it a try and I think we still came up with some nice shots! These are just a few of them I have worked on so far. Thanks so much to Leesa and her mom for hanging in there with me through all the wind!!!I shot all of these with my 5D and a few others(not shown here) with my Canon xti, which is also an awesome camera. I had a great time and enjoyed working with Leesa a lot :) I also shot some of her little sister, Kyla, who will be finishing the 4th grade this spring. I will post a couple of her in a couple days.

I am heading  north to Charleston tomorrow to photograph a wedding reception for my cousin who married in Hawaii recently. That would have been a "dream" to shoot that wedding!...oh well, maybe some day I will get a chance to shoot in Hawaii! ...
